- Currently we are only able to accept orders from Johannesburg, Midrand and Pretoria
- Orders are dispatched after 11:30 am
- You need to order an uber to collect your order from us / also you can pick it up from us.
- Helium in latex balloons lasts 8-10 hours
- Helium in clear balloons last 2-3 days
- We are not liable once the products leave our premises
Cancellation:
- Notice of cancellation needs to be done within 24 hours before dispatch of orders
- A R50 service / handling fee will be charged for all refunds
